Anelise De Carli

Anelise De Carli é ensaísta, crítica de arte e pesquisadora em Cultura Visual e Humanidades Ambientais. Sua pesquisa e prática envolvem fotografia, arquivos e projetos multimídia.

Atualmente é pesquisadora de pós-doutorado do PPG em Filosofia na PUCRS, onde também atua como professora colaboradora. Cofundadora da Associação para Pesquisa e Prática em Humanidades (APPH), oferece cursos e desenvolve projetos de pesquisa colaborativos. Coordena o GPPimg – Grupo de Pesquisa Pensamento por Imagem, o Atlas do Antropoceno (PUCRS/CNPq) e a rede Terra e nós (CNPq), além de ser integrante do grupo Terranias (PUC-Rio/CNPq) e da rede internacional Anthropocene Commons.

Doutora em Comunicação e Informação pela UFRGS, foi pesquisadora visitante no Institut de Recherches Philosophiques de Lyon da Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. Lecionou anteriormente no PPG em Estudos Culturais da USP e na Escola de Belas Artes da UFRJ.

Trabalha a dimensão escrita e visual do ensaio. Seus textos foram publicados em periódicos acadêmicos, catálogos, revistas, jornais e plataformas independentes. Expôs projetos de forma individual e coletiva no Brasil e na França. Colabora regularmente com artistas e instituições culturais em exposições, publicações e iniciativas de pesquisa.

Anelise De Carli is an essayist, art critic and scholar working in Visual Culture and Environmental Humanities. Her research and praxis engages with photography, archives and multimedia projects.

Currently a postdoctoral researcher in Philosophy at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, where she also serves as an affiliated faculty. Co-founder of the nonprofit Association for Research and Practice in Humanities. She coordinates the groups Thinking Through Images and Anthropocene Atlas, as well as the network Earth and Us, being also a member of Terranias and Anthropocene Commons.

She holds a PhD in Communication and Information from UFRGS and was a visiting scholar at the Institut de Recherches Philosophiques de Lyon, Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. She lectured in the Graduate Program in Cultural Studies at the University of São Paulo and at the School of Fine Arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

She works on the written and visual dimensions of the essay. Her texts have been published in academic journals, catalogs, magazines, and independent platforms. She has presented art projects in Brazil and France. Regularly collaborates with artists and cultural institutions on exhibitions, publications, and research initiatives.
